About

We measure before we treat.

Same patient. Two completely different treatments.

Chiropractic has strong foundations. The relationship between the spine, movement and the nervous system is real, and has guided care for more than a century.

What has never been consistent is how that care is delivered. The same patient can visit two practitioners, receive two entirely different treatments and experience two entirely different outcomes.

The Sync was created to change that.

Movement is not the same as precision

Ask someone to describe chiropractic and they will often imitate the crack and movement of a neck adjustment. The sound confirms that something moved. It does not confirm that the right segment moved.

When force is applied broadly, the most mobile areas often move first. The stiff or restricted segment may remain unchanged.

This became the question behind The Sync:

Not simply whether to treat the spine, but how to identify and treat the right area with greater precision.

Technology with a purpose

At The Sync, treatment begins with information. The spine is assessed before it is adjusted. The findings guide where treatment is delivered, how much force is used and how each session is adapted to the individual.

More measurable.
More controlled.
More consistent.

There may be no cracking sound at all, because the sound was never the objective.

Hands-on adjustment remains available when clinically appropriate. But with force calibrated to the individual, care can also feel comfortable for people who have previously avoided chiropractic treatment.

Built through different disciplines

The Sync was not created from a single perspective. Its clinical foundation draws on more than two decades of chiropractic experience, extensive exploration of emerging technologies and years of consulting with clinics internationally.

Its wider perspective comes from beyond chiropractic. Dr Aras and Dr David Hall also co-founded The Restore Clinic, bringing structural care together with Dr Hall’s work in regenerative medicine, metabolic health, weight management and longevity.

Two disciplines. One shared view: the body should be understood as a connected system.

The body does not work in separate parts

Neither should healthcare. The spine influences movement and neurological communication. Fascia connects one region to another. Cellular function reflects the environment surrounding it. Biochemistry shapes how the entire system responds.

Look at any one layer in isolation and part of the picture remains unseen.

This thinking became The Sync System: an integrated approach to structural, fascial, cellular and biochemical health. Not separate treatments. One connected system.

Built to move chiropractic forward

Wellness Simplified. Healing Amplified.

The principles at the foundation of chiropractic still matter. What has changed is our ability to assess the body, understand its patterns and deliver care with greater precision.

The Sync brings modern technology and clinical method together across four interconnected layers: structural, fascial, cellular and biochemical.

The goal was never to create a longer menu of treatments. It was to create a better system.

Restore Body Rhythm. Reclaim Body Intelligence.

Precision care designed to restore function, improve communication and help the body work as one.
