Performance and recovery

Recover like you used to.

The training is the same, the bounce-back is not. Soreness stays a day longer, sleep does less, and the next session arrives before you are ready. Recovery is measurable, and it is where we start.

Why recovery slows

Recovery is not one thing. It is sleep doing its job, tissue that glides instead of sticks, and cells signalling in step, and all three carry the load of training, stress, travel and age. When one falls behind, you feel it as slower bounce-back long before anything shows up as an injury.

How we assess it

We start with a baseline. The CellSync bioresonance scan reads patterns associated with rest and recovery states, and MyoSync testing checks whether the tissue around your joints glides the way it should. The readings go on a screen you can watch, and they become the numbers your progress is measured against.

How we treat it

CellSync sessions work on the areas the scan flagged, and MyoSync restores glide through the connective tissue network, so movement and recovery are not limited by the tissue around the joint. On later visits we scan again and compare against your baseline, so what is changing is something you can see in your own numbers.

Common stories we hear

“It used to be one or two days of soreness. Now it is three.”

“My numbers have stalled, and nothing shows up as wrong on paper.”

“Every time I fly, I land flat and stay flat for a week.”

“I am thinking about the next decade, not just the next season.”

See a doctor first if fatigue is sudden or severe, or comes with chest pain, breathlessness, fever or unexplained weight loss. Those signs need medical assessment before any recovery work.
